9:00a – 12:00p       2-Person Shamble Warm-Up (optional)

  • $20 per golfer buy-in – to be paid at registration (winners take all)
  • $82 per golfer green fees –  to be paid at Pro Shop
    * tee times must be reserved at least 72 hours prior to Thursday by calling Pro Shop

6:00p – 8:00p         Steak Dinner

8:00p – 12:00a        DJ/Karaoke in Divot Room (next to gym)

Friday, November 3

7:00a – 12:00p         OnCourse Food  –  Cooked up by Baker Hughes Crew  –   taco cart / burgers / pork chops / sausages

6:30a – 8:30a           Hosted Bloody Mary Bar @ golf cart area

8:30a   Shotgun      4-Person Tournament – Shamble Format     hosted Beer/water on golf course and by Chuckwagon

1:00p – 2:30p           Hosted appetizers @ Pro Shop restaurant

2:30p – 4:30p          Horse Race ($20/golfer paid at time of race)

6:30p – 8:00p          Banquet Buffet Dinner / Friday winners payouts

8:00p – 12:00a        DJ/Karaoke in Divot Room (by gym)

Saturday, November 4

7:00a – 12:00p         OnCourse Food – Cooked up by Baker Hughes Crew  –  taco cart / burgers / pork chops / sausages

6:30a – 8:30a          Hosted Bloody Mary Bar @ Golf Cart area

8:30a   Shotgun        4-Person Tournament – Scramble Format   hosted Beer/water on golf course & chuckwagon

1:00p – 2:30p           Hosted appetizers @ Pro Shop restaurant

6:30p – 8:30p          Banquet Buffet Dinner / Saturday winners payouts / Raffles / Grand Prize drawing

8:30p – 12:00a          DJ/Karaoke in Divot Room (next to gym)
